PhenixID is proud to introduce Signing Workflow (SWF) version 2.5.7, bringing enhanced functionality, improved accessibility, and key fixes to deliver a seamless and inclusive digital signing experience. With this release, SWF now supports signing multiple documents, includes a WCAG-compliant environment for signers, and offers advanced tools for administrators.
New Features
- Support for Multiple Documents
- SWF now supports signing multiple documents when paired with PAS 5.1.5 or later.
- Custom File Conversion Service
- Administrators can now integrate their own file conversion services with SWF.
- JVM Metrics for Monitoring
- A new feature enabling administrators to monitor the SWF service through JVM metrics.
Defect Fixes
- IGA-750: Fixed an issue where no reminder emails were sent after a due date was postponed.
- IGA-751: Resolved an issue preventing errands from being deleted if their associated document was deleted.
This release ensures a smoother, more flexible signing workflow, addressing key user needs and providing tools for better system monitoring and customisation.
